Convening the right two people

We exist to put exactly two people in a room together, the two for whom the meeting genuinely changes something.

Everything else we do is in service of a single moment: the right two people, finally across a table, discovering that the meeting was worth taking. Getting that pairing right is the whole craft.

This is a desk within the Union network. We convene by introduction, keep both parties confidential until they agree to meet, and measure ourselves only by whether the conversation mattered.
